Description
The BRK First Alert RM4 120V AC Hardwired Relay Module activates an auxiliary device — a strobe, external alarm, or other system — whenever an interconnected First Alert or BRK smoke, heat, or CO alarm sounds.
Key features:
- Activates an auxiliary device automatically when any interconnected alarm in the system triggers
- Relay contacts deactivate a few seconds after the triggering alarm silences
- Compatible with First Alert and BRK "Smart Interconnect" smoke, heat, and CO alarms
- Supports interconnection of up to 18 alarm units (max. 12 smoke alarms)
- Must be installed in a standard electrical junction box
- Listed to UL217, UL2034, UL539, ULC S-531, CSA6.19, and ULC S-530
