Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Work Depot purchase. However, if you would like to a return an item:

• Your item must be unworn and in its original condition, with return tags intact, and be placed back into its original packaging prior to shipping back to us
• You have 30 days from the ship date to return your item and your item must be returned from the same country to which it was delivered
• Return shipping is approximately 30 CAD ($) and will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Special orders are non-refundable.

We endeavor to process your return within 3-4 days of receiving your item back. 
 
How do I return my order?
To begin the returns process, please reply to this email to start the return process.
 
To keep our cost low for all items, there is a fee for all returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. This fee is approximately 30 CAD ($) charged on the return and it will be deducted from your refund amount.  
 
Once you have requested your return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label which  you can use to return the items using their original shipping box and packaging (this is to ensure the pieces stay protected on their way back to us). 
  
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to process your return and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you a confirmation email once our team has processed your return so you know your refund is on the way.
