Shipping Policy

Shipping

We ship across Canada from our warehouse in Ontario using a simple flat rate based on location, with free shipping available to most destinations in Canada and the USA. Our primary shipping courier is Canada Post/UPS. For areas outside of the Canada Post/UPS service area or where another carrier is better suited due to a PO box address, location, or cost, we will choose the most appropriate courier for your destination. Our checkout page will indicate shipping costs once you enter your address and prior to submitting any payment.

Free local delivery is available for orders over CA$100 in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Some heavy or bulky items, or extended service areas, may require additional shipping or handling charges. You will be contacted prior to shipping if any additional charges will be incurred. Other shipping methods, including Air and freight collect, are available by request. You may make a request in the order comments, and we will contact you prior to shipping your order as needed.

Loss / Damage

It is your responsibility to inform us of any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the package. Notification beyond 24 hours may result in the claim being denied.

International Shipments

Once we receive your order, we will contact you with shipping options and costs so you can select your preferred courier. You can expect costs to be from $30-$70 on average, possibly higher for larger or heavier shipments. Customers outside Canada will be responsible for any applicable customs, brokerage, duties, and/or taxes levied by the courier or government. Refused shipments for any reason will result in a $25 surcharge PLUS the cost of two-way freight being deducted from any amount refunded upon receipt of the package. Any damage caused by round trip shipping due to a refused package will result in additional restocking fees.

How long will it take to receive my order once you ship?

Approximate transit times are indicated beside the courier selection on the checkout page once you have entered your address, but generally speaking, delivery is anywhere from 1-2 days in Ontario to 4-5 days to East/West coast and 3-7 days to the USA.
