Shipping Information

We ship across Canada from our warehouse in Ontario using a simple flat rate based on location. Free shipping is available for all orders over CA$100 across Canada.

We partner with a variety of carriers to ensure your package arrives efficiently. Our shipping partners include Canada Post, UPS, Intercom, UniUni, and Whiz. For areas outside standard service zones, or where another carrier is better suited (such as PO box addresses, specific remote locations, or cost efficiency), we will select the most appropriate courier for your destination.

Your exact shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page once you enter your address, prior to submitting any payment.

Special Requests & Heavy Items

  • Heavy or Bulky Items: Some oversized items or extended service areas may require additional shipping or handling charges. If your order incurs extra fees, we will contact you before shipping.

  • Alternative Shipping Methods: Other methods, including Air and freight collect, are available upon request. Please note your request in the order comments, and we will contact you before processing your shipment.

Loss / Damage

It is your responsibility to inspect your package and inform us of any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery. Notification received after 24 hours may result in the carrier claim being denied.

Delivery Timeframes

How long will it take to receive my order once it ships?

Approximate transit times will be displayed next to the courier options at checkout once you enter your address. Generally speaking, expected delivery windows are:

  • Within Ontario: 1–2 business days

  • East / West Coast: 4–5 business days

Please Note: We currently only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to the USA.
