The BRK 9120BA is a 120V AC hardwired smoke alarm with 9V battery backup, designed for residential and institutional use including sleeping rooms of hospitals, hotels, motels, dormitories, and other multi-family dwellings. It complies with ULC S531, NFPA 72, HUD, and FHA codes, making it suitable for new construction and code-required installations.
